291kingtut.jpg (25439 bytes) From the mid 1920's this marvelous fob commemorates the opening of the Tutankhamun excavation in 1922 -23. Tut-mania ensued and all things Egyptian were very in vogue. This delightful fob appears to be made of brass and is 5.5 inches long. Note the fanciful figures on each plate and the large King Tut medal fob at the bottom. The back of the medal has a star and symbol design and the back of each piece is just as artfully designed as the front. Original swivel clip has an extra safety bar and this piece is in unworn condition. A fab find for the Tutankhamun memorabilia collector or the 1920's aficionado. Use it as originally intended as a fob or wear it as a wonderful antique piece of jewelry. Be sure to view all the photos! Order "LK9-#291kingtut," $99.00.

Another closer view but to really appreciate the detail, you must see it in person! Order "9A-098sautoir," $98.00.

324czecho.jpg (35588 bytes) Sapphire blue and clear crystal stones accent this dainty collar pin that dates to about 1929. The chrome plating on the front is long gone, revealing the mellow brass metal but you can still see the traces of silvery chrome on the back along with the country of origin, clearly marked. Old wide "C" clasp. View the back. Pin measures 1 3/8 inches long and is the perfect accessory for a work suit or any time you want antique understated elegance. Order "9A-324czecho," $42.00.
