	Far out! Genuine soft plastic earring jackets from the Fifties to slip over your earring studs. Perfect for tropical nights or a costume party. 	Crystal clear Lucite bangle is dotted with chrome studs. Measures 2 9/16th inches inside diameter. Thick outer walls are quite rounded and 7/8 inch wide. View from the top. 	Colorful and wild plastic bracelet and earring set is the color of a Cosmopolitan cocktail. Not really pink, not really red and certainly not orange, this color looks like ginger ale mixed with grenadine. View close-up. Plastic briolette shapes fill the bracelet and the dangle earrings for pierced ears. Earrings dangle 3 1/4 inches and are set on forms so they hang in a nice diamond shape. 	Chunky faceted hard plastic orange bead set is from the 1960's and all three pieces are stamped "Western Germany." Each bead is about 7/8 inch long and the necklace extends a total of 16 1/2 inches. 	Hot Lucite "moonglow" orange and yellow wrap bracelet is paired with complimentary clip Lucite earrings. Wrap bracelet also has crystal spacer beads. 	Charming old balalaika brooch of clear Lucite has pretty carved designs and a black Lucite or Bakelite neck with nicely made, inlaid brass frets. 	Fabulous Lucite ice tongs pin hold a clear block of Lucite "ice." Pin has hand-carved line design on the tongs and the large block of "ice" spins freely. There is metal age on the embedded pin back which we have not cleaned. View the back. While it does not detract, there is the expected fine, light surface scratching consistent with the age of this piece. View from the side. 	Lucite ice tong necklace from the early 1950's. Clear block of "ice" with rhodium plated tongs on a silver tone chain. Some wear on the soldered connection link and the jump ring. 	Smoke and emerald moonglow bracelets from the 50's look great when worn together. Green is 1 9/16th inches inside diameter and 7/8 inch wide. The smoky pearl is 2 5/8 inches inside diameter and 15/16th inch wide. Both are heavy and have nice thick walls. 	RARE! Red, green, black and clear Lucite Sarah Coventry parure includes necklace earrings and bracelet. Necklace measures 35 inches and has clasp so it can be easily doubled. 	Powder blue thermoplastic parure by Coro includes necklace, earrings and bracelet. Set in Rhodium, this set has the original blue plastic chain on the necklace. Necklace extends up to 17 inches long. Bracelet with safety chain measures 8 inches long and one inch wide. Clip earrings measure about 1 by 7/8 inch. 	Extraordinary colors of the sea bracelet has royal blue and emerald green confetti chunks set in midnight blue panels. Set in Rhodium, each of the 5 panels is shaped like a rectangular tent with a point at the center. View close up of colors here. Bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. Great condition except that the clasp looks like a replacement and is not quite the exact color of the Rhodium plate. You don't see it when you wear it and no one will ever notice. ** Historical Note: \| Lucite came into fashion in the 1940's when there was excess Lucite made by Dupont for the windshields of WW2 airplanes. Metals were in short supply and excess Lucite was fashioned into jewelry. The first Lucite was clear. Colors came onto the scene later.

	A Scottish lass should always wear plaid and this vintage Lucite wrap bracelet is from the Fifties. Slightly flexible by-pass style is best for small to medium wrists. Another view here.
