	From the 1940's this pretty oval locket is 12K gold filled, made by Winard, a company in business until the mid 1950's. Intricate etched design on front and the back is smooth and may be engraved by your jeweler. Room inside for two photos each about an inch tall. Locket measures 1 1/8 inches tall by 7/8 inch wide. 	Precious memorial locket dated 1938 inside reads, "From Friends To Esther in Memory of DeWitt, 1938." Inside has the original red foil lining papers and while the inscription is hard to red in our photo, it is clear and oh so sentimental in person. Back may be engraved by your jeweler. 	Charming woven design locket is circa 1910 and we'd suggest a longer, heavier chain. Shown as found on a newer, inexpensive chain that we suspect is about 80 years newer than the locket. Fine old locket shows normal wear commensurate with being 100 years old and the crystals have all darkened but since they are original, we wouldn't change a thing! The back is engraved with fancy initials, possibly "MAD' but they are difficult to decipher. Inside the locket is pristine with original frames, and embossed liner papers. 	Large gold filled heart with floral design is ready for your neck chain, satin cord or ribbon. WW2 era locket from the early 1940's is 10K yellow gold over sterling and measures one inch wide and dangles 1.5 inches long from the top of the bale to the tip of the heart. View size comparison. 	Classic circa 1900 gold filled locket measures 1 3/16th inches in diameter, not including bale or ring. Gypsy set crystal on the top and fancy initials on the back that read CEB or CBE with the larger C in the middle for the surname. Inside the locket are the original elegant embossed paper liners, both rings and cello covers for two photos just under and inch in diameter. 	Good sized, oval gold filled locket has never been engraved and still maintains both picture frames inside. Will hold two photos, each about one inch tall. 	Octagonal, gold filled locket is marked "S&S" and dates to the latter Art Deco period, The back is smooth plus the triangular area for initials on the front has never been engraved so both sides (or either) could contain your initial, date or sentiment. When open, the locket retains one picture frame but with careful fitting, could hold two pictures, each about 7/8th inch in diameter. Wear this locket with either side up. 	Fancy small gold filled locket by the Carter, Quarnstrom & Remington Company dates to circa 1905. CQR Co. was in business prior to 1899 until 1922. A nice mellow vintage gold filled locket, it has the initials "PCS" in fancy script on the front and the back is smooth and could be engraved. The perfect size for your dainty neck chain or gold charm bracelet, the locket itself is the size of an American dime, not including the fancy scroll work at the top and sides or the bail and jump ring. Hangs down a total of one inch from top of jump ring. Locket retains both round picture frames inside and someone has etched "44" on each inside wall. 	Pretty guilloche' locket with a red rose transfer on the top is 1 7/8 inches tall and ready for your chain. There is a tiny manufacturing flaw on it at 6 o'clock. You can see the little dot that where the white enamel didn't cover in our photo. It doesn't seriously detract but our price reflects. Locket will hold two large pictures inside. 	Classic 12K gold filled mother of pearl top locket with the Army Aviation Aircorp insignia in gold filled metal with the propeller blade in center still retains the photo of a smiling young man from WW2. 	Large and lovely, this gold vermeil over sterling silver is engraved with the initials "LJW" or "PJW." The gold vermeil is a soft buttery yellow. Inside, the locket retains the original frames holding golden paper liners. The back is smooth and could be engraved with a date or other initials. 	Hard to find, LARGE, never engraved on either side, smooth gold filled locket, ready for your chain, measures 1 3/8 inches wide, not including bale or ring. Made by the SK Merrill Co sometime between 1875 and 1900, this locket is in wonderful condition with just a little normal wear on the lip from opening for over a 100 years. 	Genuine opal locket has a colorful natural opal cabochon measuring 3.5 mm set into beautiful rectangular gold filled locket. Locket is unmarked but we guarantee it to be at least 12K gold filled or higher quality gold. Opens from the top to hold one photo about 3/4 inch tall. Does not click shut audibly but stays closed well. Not sure it ever had a "hard click" or that it needs one but your jeweler could adjust if you wish. Looks like the top and back could be solid gold. Locket weighs 10.6 grams. Measures one inch long by about 13/16th inch wide when closed. Opal is hand-cut and full of reds, blues and green. Very special! 	Petite gold filled locket from the late 1800's with a beautiful horse head inside a crystal horseshoe is very old and dear. The horse head has charming detail. Measures just under 3/4 inch in diameter not counting ring or bale and a perfect size for a charm bracelet or delicate neck chain. Inside contains an original photo of a suitor, circa 1900. All original crystals have darkened evenly with age to a soft gray and there are a few dings and general wear as to be expected in a locket that was worn and loved for over 100 years. 	LOCKET NECKLACES WITH CHAINS
	Large gilded locket from the pre-WW2 era has two glass oval faceted stones and a pretty rose that still retains a bit of the black accent paint. View the raised dimension of the rose and stones. Locket measures 1 3/4 inches long not including the elongated bale and is suspended from the original gilded chain that is 17 inches long. Selling as found but you might prefer to use a longer chain since this is a large locket. Inside, there's room for two large photos behind the original frames and celluloid, each about 1 1/4 inches tall. The back has some scratches that do not show when worn. Not perfect but a gorgeous old piece!
	Pretty black enamel locket with floral design in heavy gold wash is suspended from a 24 inch chain with an additional drop of 3 1/2 inches. Better view of detail. The chain is a nice "Y" style and while large enough to slip over the head, also has a barrel clasp. Unsigned, we date this piece to circa 1970. Two photos, each about 7/8 inch may be fitted inside by pressure and you might like to use a drop of Elmer's or craft glue to keep them secure. The back is smooth. 	Classic memorial locket is gold filled and suspended from a silk mourning necklace with a little gold filled slide ornament. Locket has the fancy initials MMF on the front and the back has not been monogrammed. There are some baby teething dings on the back as usually found. They add to the vintage charm but any jeweler could pound them out if you are so inclined. Inside, the locket is stamped with a letter P for the maker and will hold two photos, each about an inch in diameter. Both frames and one celluloid cover are present. There is a nice sturdy gold filled swivel and slide on the silk necklace. The slide is made to look like it has a stone but actually having one would have been garish on a mourning piece. 	Sweet heart locket by Vargas is marked and signed and probably dates to the late 1930's to early 1940's. There is an area on the front that could be engraved with one or two small initials and inside the locket, remains one hart frame although you could probably get this locket to hold two small photos, each about 5/8 inch tall. The back of the locket has a typical Deco line etched design. The locket measures 7/8 inch long not including the bale or ring and is suspended from a pretty 20 inch long gold filled chain. 	Large porcelain transfer locket with rich red roses would be a great gift for mom! Another view here. Gold tone locket is large and measures just under 2 inches tall. Inside, it will hold two large oval pictures, each about 1 3/8 inches tall. The locket has a hatched pattern on the back and there is no place to engrave this style that dates from the late 1960's to early 1970's. Suspended from the original chunky 214 inch gold tone chain. 	Circa 1880, this 1/4 gold shell round locket is 1 and 1/8 inches in diameter. It is shown as found on a 16 inch "Sovereign, 14K one tenth gold filled" chain that probably dates to the first quarter of the 1900's. The locket bale is a nice wide oval that could easily be threaded onto a large rope chain, watch swivel or velvet ribbon. Inside the locket remains an original 1880's photo of a woman with upswept hair and lace collar. On the back of the locket are fancy engraved initials that we believe are MBC with the larger "C" for the surname in the middle. 	Sterling military sweetheart locket once had a 10K gold wash on the sterling but it has worn to the palest glow on the sterling and now has the most lovely antique patina. Another view. Locket measures 1 1/8th inches long and just under an inch wide. Inside, both original frames are intact to hold your treasured photos. The inside of the locket retains much of the original gold wash over the sterling while the outside is very mellow and lovely. The back of the locket is smooth and can be engraved by your jeweler. 	Here's a great little gift locket for someone special! Contemporary silver tone heart locket has clear rhinestones all around the edges and opens to hold two heart-shaped photos, each about 5/8th inch tall. Locket measures about 7/8 inch long by 7/8 inch wide and is shiny and very pretty. Suspended from a 16 inch twisted rope chain, there is also a 3 inch extender on the chain to adjust for the perfect length. Back is smooth - looks silver plated but no silver marks. 	Give her your heart with this pretty gold filled locket and chain that holds a dear old photo of a little girl in a hat. Vintage heart locket from the 40's or 50's is 3/4 inch wide and about 7/8th inch long. It is inscribed "JF" on the front and the back has not yet been engraved. Inside the locket there is one picture frame and the other side could hold a second photo if cut and pressed in to fit snuggly. There is an etched line design on the front and a classic border. 	Novelty locket has a porcelain face with a courting transfer and a faux (painted) watch face that suggests that it is time to court. Locket and original 24 inch long chain are silver tone but the face of the locket has a golden painted border giving this locket both a silvery and golden appearance. The back of the locket has a hatched pattern and light wear, nothing untoward. Inside the locket will hold two photos, each about 1 1/8 inches in diameter, that you press in. No frames on this style. 	From the 1960's, this "Russel Creations Karatclad 10K Heavy Gold Electroplate" locket will arrive in the original box as found, never worn. This pretty cameo style locket is large at 1 5/8 inches long not counting the bale and is suspended from the original, high quality 24 inch Belcher chain. Inside ,the locket will hold two large oval pictures, each about 1.25 inches tall. Original 60's box is in good condition with original label except that the outer cover has a slit in that beautiful yellow diamond pattern polyester cover! 	LARGE sterling octagonal locket by Marathon will hold two large photos. From the Art Deco era, this locket has an etched line design on the front with a cartouche that is engraved "LMW," on the front. The back is smooth and although there are a few little dings and scratches, can be engraved by your jeweler. Inside the locket remains an old photo of a dapper gentleman from the 1930's. Locket measures 1.25 inches across and is suspended from an unmarked oval link chain that is 28 inches long. 	A beauty of a locket, made by the WH Co. (in business from 1856 - 1922) has never been engraved, is in excellent condition and even has a nice chain. You could engrave both the front and the back if you wish. Twisted rope design GF chain measures about 20 inches long. Large gold filled round locket measures 1 3/8 inches in diameter and will hold two photos inside, each just over an inch in diameter. Cello covers and frame rings are intact. 	Here is a nice locket for a small price. These universal monogram lockets were popular in the late 60's and early 70's. Examine the "monogram" closely and you can pick out any initials you wish! 	Large and fun, costume cameo with a faux ivory top is uncirculated stock from the 1970's. Cameo is made of molded plastic and gold tone metal. View the profile. 	LARGE sterling heart locket and original sterling chain date to "WW2 as engraved on the back. The locket is inscribed "Nan 1944" and was made by thee Bliss Bros. company who was in business from 1889 - 1950. There is a small area on the front of the locket that can be monogrammed by your jeweler if you wish. Locket is marked "Sterling inside and has both frames. Heart measures 1 1/8 inches wide by about 1 1/4 inches long, not including bale. Will hold two pics, each about an inch tall. There is some darkening on the inside left where a photo would be placed. There is one small mark on the front but it looks far worse in the photos than in person. The chain is the most supple snake chain we have ever had and it has an extension that is original! This very old fob chain is 49 inches long not including the swivel and it has a nice little slide with a Persian turquoise stone. Slide moves easily and we have not cleaned the chain. See full view. 	Gold filled watch chain with genuine opal slide dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's, The slide is petite and has a small genuine opal cabochon. The slide slips freely to the bottom of the chain but if you wish, you could have a jeweler re-cork the slide so it stays in the position of your choice. 	Hard to find sterling watch chain that we date circa WWI, has filigree stations and double sided enamel stars. Measuring 34 inches long plus an additional inch for the swivel, we are unable to make out the marks on the bale. What may be minor enamel loss in a couple of places on the round star stations is commensurate with age but may well have been the way the white enamel at the edges was applies near the blue enamel. 	Vintage very long gold filled watch chain with swivel is meant to be worn doubled. It is signed "HH" and "S" or "5" "DBLE." The chain itself is 59 inches long and the swivel and rings adds another 1 and 1/2 inch of length. Someone who is very tall might be able to wear this vintage chain with your locket or watch in a single length but most of us would need to double it and you often see these pictured on turn of the century (1900) ladies with them worn fashionably doubled as was the style.
