We love vintage costume jewelry! Just as I expect to be satisfied with what I purchase from others, we want you to be satisfied with what you purchase from us.

Please make certain that you ask all of your questions before you order. We try to take detailed pictures of all items but we understand that it is still a picture, impossible to touch, lift, hold or examine through magnification. Sizes are listed for each item. Flaws, normal wear and general appearance are noted when necessary. We are happy to provide more detailed descriptions or extra photos. Your questions are important to us. Do not hesitate to inquire, question or request more information. It is our pleasure to talk about our items!

Shipping Fees

Our usual USA shipping fees , Priority With Insurance, are as follows:

to $40.00 FIRST CLASS Insured OPTION at $4.00

to $50.00 $6.50 USD

$51 -$100 $7.00 USD

$101 - $200 $7.00 USD

$201 - $300 $9.00 USD

$301 - $400 $10.00 USD

$401 - $500 $13.00 USD

We prefer to ship USPO Priority Mail but can offer First Class
for certain purchases.
Shipping for larger shipments will be calculated as needed.
We ship promptly and take good care that your purchases arrive safely
and in timely fashion.

Insurance is recommended for all purchases. We do NOT ship orders totaling over $50.00 without insurance and cannot be held responsible for parcels shipped without insurance. Priority Shipping and Insurance charges are calculated individually for each order and are what the Post Office charges us.
There is never a handing fee or packaging charge.

International shipping charges
are calculated on an individual basis.
Global Priority Packet is $11.00
Global Priority Canada Only is $9.00
We are happy to ship internationally and will search to find the most reasonable
and best options to ship to your country.
International First Class quotes available upon request.
We also are happy to ship International Express (EMS)
We insure all International packages for a nominal, additional fee.

Again, please note that Shipping Fees and Insurance are non-refundable.

Methods Of Payment

You may phone us between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern time,
Monday through Friday and we will take your credit card order over the phone.

If you need to telephone at another time of day, please email so we
can arrange to forward your call if no one is in the office.

Residents of the United States may also pay by
Electronic Check, snail mail Check or Money Order.
We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express,
via PayPal, a secure, encrypted payment service.

When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by others. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you're protected
100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
The whole process only takes a couple of minutes.
PayPal is a free service for the buyer. We'll send you a Pay Now Button already configured for your purchase with exact shipping charges if you email your order. You'll also be able to select from other payment options so please email and we'll check the availability of your item and send you
all the info you need to complete your purchase.

We will include a link or Pay Now button for your credit card purchase
to make paying for your purchase fast, easy and secure or we are pleased to speak with you in person and take your info over the phone.

International Orders

If you do not reside in the USA,
payment must be made in US Dollars
by International Postal Money Order, American Express Travelers checks
or by credit card via PayPal or phone or email.

Returns

If you should wish to return an item that does not fit or meet your expectations for any reason, you must notify Eclectica within 48 hours of receiving the item. Save all packaging and return the item in the same condition as received, in our packaging, and we will cheerfully issue a prompt
Merchandise Credit, Refund check or Gift Certificate.

Please note that you must notify us via email or telephone within 48 hours
so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number by email.

No refunds will be issued until after your original payment has cleared our bank and/or the returned merchandise has been received.
