We love vintage costume jewelry! Just as I expect to be satisfied with what I purchase from others, we want you to be satisfied with what you purchase from us.

Please make certain that you ask all of your questions before you order. We try to take detailed pictures of all  items but we understand that it is still a picture, impossible to touch, lift, hold or examine through magnification. Sizes are listed for each item. Flaws, normal wear and general appearance are noted when necessary. We are happy to provide more detailed descriptions. Your questions are important to us. Do not hesitate to inquire, question or request more information. It is our pleasure to talk about our items! And, everyone always says our items are even better in person than they appear in our photos!

Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. 
You do not need a reason to return an item 
if you notify us that you wish to return within 48 hours of receipt.

If you should wish to return an item that does not fit or meet your expectations for any reason, you must notify Eclectica via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the item. Save all packaging and return the item in the same condition as received, in our packaging, and we will cheerfully issue a prompt Merchandise Credit Card Credit, Refund check or Gift Certificate.

Please note that you must notify us via email or telephone within 48 hours
so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number by email.

Do not return any items without the Return Authorization Number
or you will not receive a credit.

No refunds will be issued until after your original payment has cleared our bank 
and/or the returned merchandise has been received in the same condition as sent. 

Depending upon form of payment, 
you may select a credit card  refund, a refund check,
Merchandise Credit or a hard copy Gift Certificate.

NOTE: Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

 We prefer to ship US Postal Priority Mail but do offer First Class 
for most USA purchases under $199 value. 
Shipping for larger shipments will be calculated as needed. 
We ship promptly and take good care that your purchases arrive safely
and in timely fashion.

Insurance is recommended for all purchases.  We do NOT ship orders totaling over $50.00 without insurance and cannot be held responsible for parcels shipped without insurance. Priority Shipping and Insurance charges are calculated individually for each order and are what the Post Office charges us. 
We do not charge you to pack your order.

International shipping charges  
are calculated on an individual basis.
Global Priority Packets start at 13.00
Global Priority Canada Only is $12.00 
We are happy to ship internationally and will search to find the most reasonable
 and best options to ship to your country. 
International First Class quotes available upon request.
We only ship International Express (EMS) on parcels over $199 value
We insure all International packages for a nominal, additional fee.

Again, please note that Shipping Fees and Insurance are non-refundable.
