Very pretty blue guilloche oval ring with a dainty pink rose is set in a fancy split shank band. View from the side. Unworn condition! Adjustable band should fit about a size 5 to a 7.5 ring size. Order "ER10-108bloval," SOLD.

Suspended from an ornate fleur de lis pin, this delightful old guilloche' locket features an enamel rose and a hidden locket on the back. View the back. Piece still retains some of the pale blue enamel on the brass frame while the enamel on the area with the rose is perfect. Around the rose plate there is a wire of tiny glass pearls of which, only 3/4 of the length remains. We have left it as is since we feel it adds to the charm of the piece but if you prefer, it could easily be removed. View from the side. Darling watch or locket pin in the style of a vintage hat has a little Mother of Pearl hand painted locket attached. Together this pin with locket measures 2 3/4 inches long. The locket bale has worn thin so you may wish to just use the wonderful hat style watch pin with your own favorite brass or antique gold tone locket. This beautiful heart pin from the 1940's is decorated with curlicues of tiny faux seed pearls and faux turquoise beads. The center is a slightly domed guilloche' heart with a red rose and a blue "forget-me-not" flower, all hand painted. From the late 40's to early 50's, this heart guilloche' expansion bracelet slips over the hand (no clasp) so best for a smaller to medium wrist and hand. Another view here. Large gold tone guilloche' rose locket from the 50's or 60's measures over 1.5 inches wide and is suspended from a pretty 20 inch chain. View detail here. Locket opens to press in 2 photos, each about 1.25 inches in diameter. This type of locket did not come with frames - you simple cut your photos to fit and pressed them in with your fingernail. Sometimes, people used a small drop of Elmer's glue to stabilize and make sure their photos were not lost. Back is smooth and has never been engraved. Very pretty locket with pale yellow background and nice pink rose with painted green leaves could also be worn on a watch pin, cord or ribbon but too large form most bracelets. Ruffled pin with enamel rose center and emerald green prong set rhinestones measures 1 3/8 inches in diameter. A different view here. Probably a Coro design, this lacy pin looks very old fashioned. Circa 1950. Order "ER-082ruffle," SOLD.

When I was in school, we wore circle pins like these and called them "virgin pins." You always wore them on the "right" side. This pretty enameled pin is 1 1/4 inches in diameter with a pink rose and tendrils. Order "ER-405circle," SOLD.

Dainty palest green guilloche' necklace is marked 12K gold filled and dates from the 1940's. View necklace on model. Enamel cross necklace contains 4 Catholic metals including Jesus, Mary, St. Christopher and View closer here. Marked sterling, the cross either was coated with clear enamel or Rhodium and it has worn off here and there on the back and inside. This cannot be seen when worn. Cross slides open to reveal Mary in the center. Turn it over and there are three more blue enamel medals concealed. Marked sterling chain is 17 inches long and the cross when closed is 1.25 by .75 inches wide. Charmingly hand painted and very pretty. Order "EREA-161whtcross" SOLD.

From the 1950's an airy hand-painted rose pin with a lacy stylized heart border that measures 1 3/8 inches in diameter. Romantic! Order "ER-330roseharts," SOLD.

Such a pretty design, this signed and marked sterling ring has been sized by a jeweler to a size 7.5. Since the enamel is far from the center of the shank, it could be sized again of needed. Cute pair of sweater clips with aqua background and nice pink roses in guilloche enamel. Chain is obviously a replacement and would be easy to exchange. Marked with a patent date from 1958. Nicely sized signed pin set by ART dates from the 1960's. Pin and clip earrings are accented with sparkling aurora borealis stones, set in an ornate antique gold tone setting. Another view here. From the early 1950's this shabby chic little heart and arrow bracelet was probably a Valentine's gift from a young man to his sweetheart. A little snug on a 7 inch wrist, we recommend this bracelet for a 6 to 6.75 inch wrist although it does stretch to fit larger. View closer here. Pearls are all in really nice condition and the only thing untoward is a little wear on the inside of the links to the expandable band. A nostalgic bracelet for a unique lady! Unusual heart ring is contemporary, signed "RP China 925" for sterling. There are 5 small clear stones set into the top of each side of the shank. They look like quality stones but we do not know what they are. The heart is soldered to the very high setting that rises 7/16th inch above the finger. The face or top of the ring is a hand painted enamel rose on patterned metal. Another view of the unusual setting here. Wish we knew more about this ring. Have never seen another like it. Size 7. One of our favorite designs from the 1930's this blue enamel guilloche locket has a pink hand-painted rose and dangles from the original chain that is 16 inches long. Romantic black enamel hand-painted Dresden style earrings measure just over 1/2 inch long, not including the bar at the bottom that holds the ear screws in back. View the back. Circa 1940's. Order "ERV-417heartear," SOLD.

One of our favorite designs from the 1930's this blue enamel guilloche locket has a pink hand-painted rose and dangles from the original bow pin with C clasp at 2.5 inches long. Front is excellent and the pale blue wash on the etched edging is intact but there is a little tarnish on the back that cannot be seen when worn. View the back. Darling old guilloche' brass pill box has four roses painted in the corners and pale mint colored leaves trailing between. Hinge is soft so we don't recommend you carry this nice older piece in your purse where it might come open.. Instead, display it on your dresser or desk and keep something special inside! Keepsake Locket from the 1930's is marked with a maker's mark and "10K Rolled Gold Plate. The enamel is perfect and beautifully executed. Dangling from the bow pin is a keepsake locket that was used to hold a photo or more often, a lock of a loved one's hair. A clear watch crystal on the back unscrews to hold your keepsake. Hand painted enamel over engine turned metal, this lovely white with pink rose guilloche ring is currently a size7 1/2 but has an adjustable, split style band so you can make it larger or smaller as needed. "Beau Sterling" hand painted enamel on sterling ring is a size 6 and has a grape design on the sides. Hand enameled and painted, this ring looks nice on your ring finger or pinkie. Another view. There are two pin point black flecks under the enamel, a tiny manufacturing flaw that must be viewed with a loupe to see it. Ring is size 7 1/4 and in excellent condition. Large guilloche' locket with huge bail is suspended from a large link 16 1/2 inch chain as found. I think I would like it on a longer chain but since it is such a large locket, it does need a sturdy, heavy chain. View the side profile. Pretty black enamel tablet pendant with painted rose on enamel may be contemporary. Design on back of pendant leads me to think this is a 1928 Jewelry Company item. Sweet black enamel and hand painted roses bracelet is the match to the compact above (#810). Purchased as a set in a fancy fitted box (box did not survive the years), we offer the bracelet and compact separately or together. Bracelet is just over 1/2 inch wide and has a pretty hidden clasp. We love the look of these old fashioned lockets that were patented in 1931. This locket has the opening on the back and will hold one photo. The front has pretty guilloche' and aqua enamel with hand painted roses. There is one spot about 4 o'clock on the blue where the blue enamel didn't make it all the way to the edge. It shows thin enough that you can see the white glaze behind it. This is manufacturers flaw does not seriously detract but we wanted you to know it is there. View closer. View locket open here. A circle of white and a circle of palest pink pearls edge the hand painted guilloche' rose in the center of this domed pin that measures over 1 1/2 inches wide and rises about 5/8 inch high. My personal favorite hidden locket brooch has a guilloche' oval rose center done in mint green with a pink rose and green leaves. The grooves in the metal are accented with black enamel and the surprise is that you twist the top and the pin opens to reveal two places to keep photos! This pin still has the original movie stars inside. Looks to me like a very young Errol Flynn in a top hat and Gloria Swanson (maybe Marlena Dietrich). Circa 1939 - 1940. Exceptional condition. Round locket with enamel rose center is suspended from the original pin back but it could also be removed and worn on a chain. Locket is 1 3/16th inches in diameter. Bow pin has old C clasp and this locket probably dates to the post war 1940's. Back is smooth and locket has light wear as expected in a piece over 60 years old. Large guilloche' locket pin has a lacy golden border and a pretty fleur de lis pin. It will hold two large photos by pressing them inside, no frames are required. View inside. The locket is quite large, measuring 1.5 inches in diameter and hanging a total of about 2.75 inches long with the pin. The back has a pattern and this pretty piece from the 50's or 60's looks like it has never been worn. There is a tiny spot near 10:00 where the enamel didn't quite meet the edge but this does not detract. Please note that this is not a small piece, view size comparison here,. Very nice!
